Every package on this page is submitted to the network within 48 hours. The clock starts when your copy reaches us, not when you pay, and it pauses whenever we are waiting on you — so buying today and writing next week costs you nothing and puts nothing behind schedule.

Inside that window your release is checked and submitted. When each outlet publishes is their decision. About a week later — long enough for slow syndication to land — we open the URLs the network reports (up to 300 per release), and your report is what we found.

Submission is guaranteed; publication is the outlet’s decision. Anyone promising guaranteed permanent placement on a named masthead is overselling: outlets remove republished releases routinely.

What we commit to is the half we control: your release is checked automatically against category bans that wires publish and the structure they expect, submitted, and then every outcome is written down by name — live, still pending, or declined. You get that list either way, because a report that only shows the wins is not a report.

Every full-refund case comes down to the same thing: your release never reached the network. If our editorial check holds it and we conclude it cannot be submitted, if the network declines your category, if our distribution partner refuses it, or if we simply do not get it submitted inside the window we promised — you get the whole order back, not a credit.

There is one middle case and it is written in your favour. If we cannot tell whether a submission went through, that is our uncertainty and not yours: a person resolves it, and if it is still unresolved when the decision window closes you are refunded in full by default. Separately, if you bought a masthead as its own line and our partner hands that line back to us, you get that line back.

What is not refundable is an editor’s decision. Once your release is with the network, which publications choose to run it is theirs — that is the half nobody in this category controls, and charging for it as though we did would be the easiest thing on this page to get wrong. Nothing is submitted anywhere until that form arrives. If the copy is not written yet the order simply waits — it does not expire, the 48-hour clock has not started, and you can pick it up later from My Orders.

It has to be news. Something happened or is about to: a launch, a raise, a partnership, a product, a result, a senior hire. A page of adjectives about how good the company is comes back from wire editors, and no amount of distribution fixes it.

250 to 1,200 words, plus one image. Those are the distribution network’s own bounds, not a house style — a release under 250 words is refused at intake, and one over 1,200 will not be accepted at all. We check before anything is sent.

Checked automatically, before anything is submitted, against category bans that wires publish and the structure they expect. A release whose wording reads as gambling or betting, adult content, supplements or pharmaceuticals, or firearms is held for a person before any cost. Anything else the check flags does not hold your release; it is submitted as you wrote it.

What every package buys is a permanent, citable page carrying your announcement on a recognised publication — the page a customer, a journalist or an AI assistant lands on when they check whether you are real. That is the durable asset, and the report is how you prove you got it.

If links are specifically why you are here, the dofollow set is $99 and attaches to any package: the network sells that one on the basis that every placement in it carries a dofollow link. It is the one part of link attribution anyone in this category can put a number against.

Everywhere else, press-release links are marked so they pass no search credit — publisher policy, applied to everyone, on every wire in this category, and set by the distribution network rather than the outlet. That is why we quote no per-outlet figure. Anyone who does is reading one off a rate card rather than a live page.

Paid distribution — and the honest version of that is a better offer than it sounds. You are buying a guaranteed submission to the network, on a schedule you control, instead of a pitch that may go nowhere. Certainty is the thing being sold, and it is the one thing a pitch cannot give you.

The outlets that run it publish through their press-release channel, which sits apart from the newsroom, and most of those pages carry a line saying the content was paid for. Better you know that now than notice it later.

Every distributor sells that much. Almost none tell you which pages actually exist afterwards. We open the URLs the network reports (up to 300 per release) and count a placement as live only once we have opened the page and found your release on it — so what you can hand a sceptic is a list we checked, not a list the network handed us.
